Will was born at Allegheny General Hospital and raised on the Northside of Pittsburgh, Pa by his two parents. Early on, Will played a number of sports, but his two favorites were baseball & football. Will quickly realized that Pittsburgh was a sports town and he was totally here for every bit of it whether as a player or a fan! Ask anybody who knows Will and they'll tell you that he has been outgoing and adventurous all his life. After Will graduated from the Pittsburgh
Public School District which he attended from elementary through high school, he went on to start his own company. That's right, Will was "standing on business" at an early age. Will has received awards and acknowledgments as an advocate for Entrepreneurship and Technology. Will has a large extended family that is intertwined with the fabric of some of Pittsburgh's most influential people, giving him the name "Pittsburgh's Son." Will is everything from a loving son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, stepfather, friend and one of the greatest God Dad's a child could have. And we can't forget to mention how much he cares about animals, as a pet owner himself he has taken on the responsibility of having one since he was young. Will has always been a creative
listener, he loves hearing about new ideas while talking with everyday people when he's out and about or over the phone.
Will's natural skills to connect with others have developed into what he describes as his calling to serve the public. As a life-long believer in Jesus Christ, Will walks with faith in God everywhere he goes and he's not afraid to let people know he's a religious man.

Will was waking up at 5am every morning during the week getting ready for work. Arriving just before dawn at his desk with the next list of tasks to complete for the day. Will is the founder of VendSpin which is a mobile delivery app that he created for vendors. Headquartered in the heart of the Steel City at the time, Will ran his business from an office at the top of the U.S. Steel building. As Will sat and overlooked the city for years, he grew increasingly concerned about why we as a city & district weren't growing together? Will's answer, Governmental Disinvestment. Will then committed himself to providing the public with a transparent look into how their tax dollars are being spent and government funding is allocated.

Will is not your typical Politician, he has a huge heart and has helped a countless amount of people along his journey in so many different ways. From helping others start their own businesses to shoveling snow for seniors, if you can name it Will has probably done it. Whether it's a helping hand or an earnest ear Will is always there, he shows up. One of Will's proudest acts of humanity is when he drove all the way to Houston, TX from Pittsburgh by himself to help those in need after Hurricane Harvey hit their city hard.
Will's favorite saying is "want more for others even if you don't want much for yourself."
